Lots of puzzle pieces

Welcome to my blog, this is my first post so I thought I would start out by taking a look at the big picture of most of what I am going to be writing about. So what is this whole "Heart of the River" thing anyway? Well, if you haven't read my bio, over the past four years I have really delved into subjects like the mind, the brain, quantum physics, and the subconscious and decided to throw what I have learned out to the world. I believe that the river of time and energy that flows through reality is influenced by consciousness. So that is what this is all about.

I thought I would start with what I understand about quantum physics, which as daunting as it is, has some interesting characteristics to it that tie in with all of this. There is a principle in quantum physics that ties consciousness into it's results, which opens the door to exploring processes of the mind, the brain, and the subconscious. So really, this whole blog boils down to relationships. I'm going to explore the various puzzle pieces and hopefully together we will see how they interrelate.

Now having said that, you may be wondering about how complicated this all is going to be! I really want to strive to make this information easy to understand. I think, taken in small doses on a daily basis, that these are topics which can be readily absorbed by the average reader. So that is my goal, to make this information approachable by just about anyone.
